I liked that the price was shown clearly before I booked. I was kind of expecting extra fees to pop up later... but they didn’t, so that was a nice surprise

Booking was really easy, and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. I always feel better when there’s clear communication, so it was reassuring to know things were moving along without me having to chase them

I figured the move would either be really smooth or a total hassle, and luckily it went the smooth way. They showed up, got into a good rhythm, and moved my stuff way faster than I expected. No drama, no wasted time, just an easy experience overall.

I had a good experience with Piece of Cake. The movers showed up on time, as far as I could tell, and they seemed to handle my things with care. They were polite, moved at a decent pace, and overall made the day feel a lot less stressful than I was expecting.

The only reason I’d probably give 4 stars instead of 5 is that the arrival window could have been a little clearer ahead of time. Not a huge issue, but it would’ve helped. Overall though, the crew was professional and I’d likely use them again.

I reached out expecting to wait around forever, because apparently that’s just how things usually go. But nope, they actually got back to me really quickly. Kind of refreshing, honestly.

They seemed to handle all my boxes and furniture really carefully. As far as I can tell, nothing got scratched or broken, even the fragile kitchen stuff. The movers were nice and didn’t seem to rush, which I think helped with getting everything loaded the right way.

and it showed up later than I expected, but they did keep me in the loop the whole time. A bit annoying, but not too bad overall.
